Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Looks a bit phpnukey but is clear and functional with good navigation. Forum needs more visitors. A Google PageRank of 0/10 suggests that you need more links to the site. Good luck with it.

well i just started it.

i hoppe i will get more members (does someone whants to register to my site- i offer more than 120 free downloads, sone more of them) and links in.

in alexa i am in fist milion sites.
