Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. A little slow to load. Banners at the top take up a lot of space and may take visitors away from your site before they have even explored it. Slightly too wide for 800x600. Perhaps better not to use underlined text as it looks like a link. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
