For some reason your site took a little while to load, and I'm on DSL. Most likely was a fluke though, possibly AIM or Outlook was slowin my computer down at the same time. Cooincedence most likely.

Anyways nice site design, my only suggestions are to center the entire thing in the browser, and to add a few pictures to the main text.

Good luck!

Hi! The site works well, only minor details, such as the logo on the bottom. I can't read nothing. Counter's visitors don't look very pro, and it's useless. But the main question is where are you focus your target? sell properties? or it's a multipurpose site?

Good Luck!
que tengas un buen fin de semana!

Yeah, I reckon I need to add more different eye candy to interest visitors. The focus of the site is property and local info regarding relocating to the are.

Just a note on increasing download speeds. You use the same image(s) on more than one page, such as "images/yec logo.gif". However, your server does not currently tell client browsers that these images are unlikely to change in the near future. As a result, browsers like IE have to re-query your server every time they fetch a page to see if the image has changed since they last cached it on the client side.

Since you're using Apache, if your ISP offers the necessary configuration/permissions, you could use mod_expires to tell client browsers they can safely cache things in your images directory for, say, 24 hours after the last access. This would reduce bandwidth a bit for the client (after the initial caching of images) and a bit for your server as well (and also take a chunk of clutter out of the web logs). You can ask your webhosting guru about this, or google up "mod_expires" for more info.

Hi,

Your site needs to be more consistent. From a page to another, the information is presented in a different layout, using different colors. It would be wise to display the title of each section a visitor gooes to (a section title with a bullet for example). Also, avoid <IFRAME>s.

I found two different contact forms, one under property search.

Also, try to be objective. If you are into real estate, then you don't need links as "Online virus scan, w3c validation buttons...etc".

Get rid of the counter. It's becoming old fashion. Instead ask your hosting provider to give you access to your stats. Most decent hosting providers have stats in their basic packages.

Also, skip the intro page when you click "Property Search". I would expect to see a form. You can however display some introduction above the form.

Maybe I'm being tough, but there's a lot of competition in this field.

Good luck,

Default Not too tough at all

Thanks for the review SimoAmi.
Your suggestions are extremely valid ones that I will take on board. I stumbled across this forum a week ago and have had some excellent critisism. I'm not a professional web designer and am learning loads.
Thanks Guys
Dean

I think you should bring the learn spanish bit within the main page, the popup doesn't look right and is inconsistent with the whole look.

Also do this with the forum.

Other wise looks good
