The upper right hand logo and links underneath are kind of blurry. I'd take "company profile,"production," "our products," "terms and locations," and "location Map" and add them to the lowe links and make them bold to stand out. It might eliminate the need to scroll the menu that way.

Your site is nice, very clean. Where are your prices?

Site looks very clean, and the graphics are nice as well, but I do not like the use of frames very much.

Creating an additional scrollbar often causes the user to become disoriented (as weird as it sounds).
