Very nice looking site. I like the design.

I have a few search engine tips for you.

My suggestions:

1)Start getting links to your site.
2)You need more text on your homepage for the SE's to index. This will increase your chances to rank.
3)Your meta-description tag says "Southcentral Wisconsin real estate needs" but your site is for Atlanta. You will want to fix this.
4)The majority of your links are masked in the JavaScript menu. Search engines cannot follow the links. Duplicate the menu links as text links in the footer of your page.

Tested in IE6 and Mozilla 56k modem 800x600. Graphics a little slow to load. Works well in both browsers. Slightly too wide for 800x600. Otherwise, a nice design. Good luck with it.
