My first impression was that I'd gotten to a sub page out of a framed site. It's so plain looking. You need to snaz it up a bit by placing a nice logo on top or centering the page on the screen.

Looks like your off to a really good start, but needs some finishing touches.

I agree about needing a logo at the top, possibly a short flash animation, involving your site's title and car seats, babies, etc.

The featured sites on the right could be moved to the left, and allow for two columns of baby seats. This may be too difficult to do now though, so maybe just adding a little more content to the right to fill up the extra space.
