Many Hrs. of work went into this so don't be too harsh,but please be honest. i have a cable connection so I have no clue if it is a slow load or not.

The layout is okay, but what is the purpose of the site? It was not very clear to me. Is it just a personal site? If it is more than a personal site then it needs some work with the meta tags.
Such as;

You are using your keywords ineffectively. You are only using 190 characters when you can use up to 1000.
You are using your Title ineffectively.
You are only using 17 characters when you can use up to 100.
You are not using your keywords within your Title effectively, you are using 1 of your keywords in your Title, when you should use at least 2.

Otherwise, it is hard to critique without knowing the purpose of the site.
