Default ConcerningMidgets.cjb.net

Hello WebProWorld Members:

About a couple weeks ago, my friend, who is a talented comic book artist, asked me to be his publisher. Now, of course being the kind person who would do even more for him, I told him not only would I do that, but I'd also create an entire website for him!

His comic's title is Concerning Midgets, which you can find a little more about on the homepage and read in the comic section. He really enjoys the current design, but I figured it's probably best to ask the real know-it-alls.

So, without further ado, I ask if you guys could view the website and tell me what you think. I'm not completely done with the comic pages, but everything else is complete. Feel free to browse around and use the Contact Us form.

Concerning Midgets Online: http://ConcerningMidgets.cjb.net

I greatly appreciate all questions, comments, suggestions, and/or constructive critizism! I've worked hard on the site for the past two weeks, really. Please share with me all your thoughts, as I'd like to make the most out of my friend's website.

Regards,
Mike

Hello, it's me again. I just wanted to mention that I'd love some comments about the online store. It's a CafeShops store, so I'm experienced with it. It's not complete yet, but it will be expanded as more comics are published (which my friend is still writing...) Thanks for any comments!

Regards,
Mike

Ok..First thing it takes a long time to load up..and there seems to be somethign askign permission to download or something..like from Gain I think I read...

Um..I didn't really browse much through the site because it was really slow..and I am on a broadband connection..that would be my only suggestion..stop everything that is running in the background..

I have a feeling it's my web host, 0catch. There's not much on the pages, and I have nothing running in the background. That GAIN thing, I've never seen, but it's most definitely an advertising pop-up.

Thanks for your comment!

Default Site Review

Ha Ha I like he "spoit" noise on your buttons.
Very enjoyable site even though I generally hate framed sites.

Your site required me to download something from "GAIN" and ever since I had to delete 9 billion spam messages from my inbasket I'm very leary of saying yes to such things.

It puzzles me why you don't have the cartoon images featured in your store anywhere in your site? And where are the friggin midgets!
Good luck with Cafe Press. It never did anything for me.

LoL noooooooooooo get a new server please.

I am not even clicking your link, because of the GAIN download other people are getting.

I know that's not an actual site review, but hopefully it will give you an idea of how excited people are at the thought of downloading something to view your site, ESPECIALLY from GAIN.

You don't have to download GAIN to visit the website. I didn't have to, so I don't see why you would.

If I'm wrong, please tell me. I like 0catch because you get a free 100MB!

Regards,
Mike

Any other comments? I've added some more content. I've also added more store products, so please check them out and tell me what you think.

Thanks,
Mike
