Nice job covering so much ground in a one page intro, it's not easy to do and you've done it well. Some promotion tips, the only ones I can offer up is to have some more text on your homepage that relates to your keywords especially in a heading style, above the top graphic would be helpful too. Also you could add the alt text for your buttons only one of them has it now and it doesn't relate to your keywords.

Some design tips-

You have an extra period (or one to few dots for an elipse) in "Bringing endless opportunities" If it's to be an elipse there should be 3 dots.

Your site is about india but you have only white european origin looking guys on your first page.

On many pages the click here for live support is too close to the bottom of the preceding element. An example of this is on your recruitment home page. Also on your live support button - it flashes when there is no one online to help and it doesn't allow users to leave a message. I've used http://www.live2support.com before it's cheap and those options are available (I'm not a rep for them I just thought I would offer an alternative to you).

On your inside pages there should be links to your main page and sub categories. Hopefully other pages than your home page will be indexed by search engines so users could easily end up on sub-pages with no obvious way to get to the home page to see what other options you have. The logo image on all of these pages shold also link to the home page.

Good site, I don't believe the rollover images work too well though. I don't think you need the square fade, a simple rollover would work well. Other than that great layout and good luck!
