To be bluntly honest the main message your website sends out is unfortunately "unprofessional". This is my opinion only and your clients will maybe disagree but you've asked in the WebPro forum and it just comes across as amateur looking. The code under the bonnet is clunky and out of date. You guys need to learn some CSS for starters. The site looks like it was built 4-5 years ago already. The worst giveaway is this: <meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 5.0">. I won't go on or the mods will have a go at me for being too overtly negative. Hopefully you will take this as constructive criticism. I took some stick when I was starting out and it made me strive to improve myself.

no constructive critiques are great! your right about behind the scenes, but i disagree about it looking 4-5 years old. but i do agree behind the scenes it's bs but not too many of our target marketers will be clicking view source hehe.

Thanks though, good points.

maybe i can delete my post now though not too good for business...

I'm agree with skyrocket. But not all. The main problem is the use of frontpage. Try with Macromedia. The combination of dreamweaver, fireworks and flash brings you a powerful weapon to design. Believe in your skills i'm not agree too about the old fashion style. And you need a little more work in the optimization. You can improve easily your keywords density and relevance.
Don't forget to review my site www.northwind.com.ar , here in this forum.

Phew - glad I didn't cause too much offense. Can I say one more thing...Is that the done thing in America to display your fees & charges up on the website? It's very rare here in Australia. Your prices are amazingly low - I don't know how you survive in this dotcom blowout tough market. It is probably doing the web design/development industry no favours charging such low rates - it just demeans the whole status of the industry. Ring up the local newspaper and ask them how much they charge for a small ad running for 1-2 weeks, ring a local graphic design company and ask how much they charge to design a company logo. What I'm trying to say is that the interweb is one of today's most viable (and valuable) marketing tools if done properly and you should charge accordingly.

Forgive me for being a little blunt, but if I was a potential customer, used to surfing and stumbled upon your site, it just wouldn't blow me away and I probably would look elsewhere. Rates may be cheap (they certainly are) but sometimes cheap is just not enough.

The header title is very basic, your site does not show any potential at designing good graphics for a nice presentation, the colour theme is blend, the out of site gif used as a background a little too optimized, and it looks dated, frankly dated. Here you go, I said it. Sorry!

Don't take it badly. You are getting stick because you posted up a web design site to a WebPro forum. If we had all said nice things you wouldn't have been any the wiser and maybe have a false impression of the impact your website may have on potential clients. It's true that your site will most likely turn away clients that vist. The simple reason is that your website shows all the signs of being built by eager beginners. Surf the web for other web design & development studios/agencies and you'll see the level of sophistication you need to aim for. You guys seem very keen so you'll get there. We all had to start somewhere.
