The site looks okay. The only real way to even attempt a usability test is to 1) Create a nonactive dummy account. 2) Have tasks which either can or can not be completed. 3) Have responders report in detail what happened.
A task is like "Find the lowest fare from point A to Point B for week 38." Or "Locate where in Southeast Asia your luggage (for a trip to Brazil) was sent." The site looks okay. How it works for users undertaking specific tasks is another matter entirely. |
