Usually when somebody says "Flash" site, I'm put off. As if classing it as Flash absolves it from any other criterion, good or bad, or waste of time and bandwidth.

Your site is not a Flash site. It is simply a good one.

The site demonstrates both sensibilities from print work layout and web media. Flash is not used to camouflage lack of visual ideas, but to highlight real talent. That said, I do have one minor point. Interaction design does call for buttons (Portrait, Grad, Wedding) to look more like buttons. This can be as nondescript as rounding corners, adding a slightly thicker border and perhaps minor dropshadow.

All in all the site is a good portfolio site.

While looking at your site I keep thinking that I want more. I want to know more about who's going to take my photo and what the costs are going to be.
However, in my line of work I would prefer having as many calls as possible. So if you are looking at getting phone calls and e-mails from clients that are not completely sold clients then it looks pretty good. You might want to consider a map or directions to your studio.
If you prefer that your clients are sold before they call, of course you would get less phone calls, you should add a pricing section and maybe an about me section.
I think this site www.cep-photo.com will give you a good idea of how you might outline your pricing if you choose to explore that option.
Overall I was impressed with the photos and would have called to get pricing.

I actually hope to add prices and maybe even an online order app in the near future.

Default Very sharp site

I liked the grey colors that you used on the site with the photos being highlighted in color. I'm a wedding DJ and I must say that you have some very good-looking and creative photos. I have a short attention span and like sites that don't overload you with bells and whistles where you feel like there is so much info. you don't know where to begin. Your site is very straightforward. A couple suggestions: as mentioned earlier in this post, I would include a fee/policy page where you can outline your policies and show a "fee range". Showing a range, gives you the flexibility to adjust your fees according to the shoot (travel, time of year, etc.) I would also suggest an availabilty page where potential clients can see if you are booked. I have both of these pages on my site at www.classicdjs.com and it really helps to prequalify clients to whom you are available to work. (compared to several years ago before the internet, where you might waste time playing phone tag with a potential client for a week only to find out that you are already booked on their date or your fees are out of their range.)
Sorry for rambling, but overall a good site. Good luck with your business!

Very nice portfolio site. I like the use of Flash, I think it suits a portfolio very well.
