Nice site. First impression (as designer) was that your graphic quality is not that good. Not the logo and grids, but the images you added on top. Some are photo realistic, some are drawings and it drew my attention to it immediately. Won't be the end of the world if you don't change it though.

The layout looks good allthough the site doesn't fit into a 800x600 resolution, which might drive quite a large audience away. This is VERY important to fix! Work with a size 760 pixels wide. You can always make that the minimum and have the site stretch 100%, but don't try and do it if you're not sure how, because it can easily look even worse if not done right.

I found the product page info informative and it's easy to order. One thing I'd suggest is to add support and Order links on all pages, not just the product page. A customer might check the site out once and come back later to order...make it easy for them!
