It seems like you have a lot of content and a purpose in mind but I don't know what it is. Overall the design has promise but I had a bit of trouble figuring out what this site was for or if it was a personal site or a business site or what. You say the site is easy to get around in the first sentence, if it is then this statement is redundant. I didn't think it was. The black is hard to read against the reddish background color. The overline/underline link style is confusing it makes it look like two lines are being selected instead of 1. Why don't the page names appear in the URL bar? What if someone wanted to bookmark an internal page? The logo at the top should link to the home page. On the home page why is the enlarge my school link above the other photo links and above the picture of the school? On the other pictures link it was not obvious that it was a link, I had to move to the click here portion before I figured it out. Best of luck to you.
