Hello, I am beating my head against the wall working this site. I have several others (mostly affiliates) That do relatively well. I must have a killer mistake or just a poor design. I can use all the help I can get. Don't be afraid to hurt my feelings.
Thanks

Ok, feelings aside. WOW! The quantity of text on this page is enormous. Two menus and text links galore. I think there are several ways in which you could better streamline your site into an easier to swallow more manageable format.

I will say that you have a subject / product that requires you to provide an enormous amount of detail / instruction to your consumer but break it up.

Let your home page focus predominantly on one major topic i.e., “What is Glucosmine and what is it for”. This should be your body.

Major points to consider would be:
* Do not center all of your text.
* Your highlights and topic headers as well as some text are the same color, which detracts from the actual links and does not make a header or the text actually stand out.
* Menus are difficult at best to read.
* Condense to one major menu then add a text link menu (perhaps at the bottom) or a site map.
* The text in your top right header goes into the grey line, which makes the text almost illegible.
* If you are already in Arthritis – Glucosamine .com why do you need to have a link to it at the top of each page?

Anyway I hope all of this helps.

Thanks for the input I will start to change it some tonite. I did have a problem with the amount of information but I got crazy. When I looked at the site after your comments it made perfect sense. I have always put the domain name link in my sites why do I do that? I'm not really sure just habit I guess. Thanks again.

You need to clean your code up as well. The !doctype is about 30 lines down the page

Also your title
Code:
<title>

                    arthritis-glucosamine.com

                                    | Arthritis Glucosamine

                                    | Arthritis

                                    | Gout

                                    | Arthritis Treatment

</title>
I do not think that title is going to help you much.
Your description is your domain name. The description should give a description of your site
and you should try to use around 4-8 keywords/keyphrases and around 160 but no more than 200 characters in the description.

Lastly I got a pop under when I visited your site. This is a very quick way of making people leave and never return.
