The first picture that popped was this guy in a green shirt, wearing a mic - he screams out to me "I WANT TO EAT YOUR CHILDREN!!!" (Sorry not meant to be mean). Perhaps get him sitting upright and smiling or something.

The layout is nice, and the colors are pleasing on the eye.

The example page should give a little more detail as to what each entailed - perhaps a mock conversation, or some more depth to the "examples".

There wasn't that much to go by - maybe include customer testomials or something else to make me a little more confident in your services (free trial, money back guarentee, something to give me confidence in your products).

This is a business. Forums, well, need to be made subscriber based only - make it so people can't even see the forums unless they subscribe. Why? Few posts means few clients (trustworthyness). Not seeing the responses (free help) means I have no Idea to judge if you helped them or not. Hide them away, unless you want to give free help to the internet community (see part of to much to go by earlier - this would give you more credibility).

The FAQ was quite sparce, again, as a non-computer expert (your audience), what do all those things in the list mean. Keep it concise and at their level.

The link list was a bit sparce, but understandable.

Overall the site has very good potential, with a few things to work on. Show me why I want to get service from you. Action statements. And the guy in the green shirt, with head cocked to the side, huge open eyes and grizzley smile - almost scared me off. Take another picture of him for your image - straight ahead, smiling, head straight and eyes not so wide :P
