The navigation is split between extreme top, below the header, and bottom. Catalog is up top and View Shopping Cart is at the bottom, and a little hard to read. Usually you want to make a two-tier navigation bar which is all together and is grouped along logical tasks and objectives. The nav switches from the drop down on the side bar to the black bar elsewhere, lacking consitency.

There could be some experimentation done to see if pacakged deals get any response. Rather than pick this and that, set up around objectives. A new parent package, home security, etc.

The site is fairly bare bones. It may pay to try to see who uses it and why rather than drop UI widgets here and there. Finding out user concerns may require, for instance, product information about legality per region will boost sales.

Default Thank you

Thanks I will get right on it. This is what we needed some honest feedback. If you have more please let me know.

We have started putting some "package" deals together.

Hello eyespyli,

The immediate popup not a wise thing to do, it will alienate the vast majority of surfers very quickly.

The inset cells look like there is something not loading. Using cell boarders is not really the most professional way to delineate your pages.

Splitting the navigation is confusing - decide where it is going to be then list everything in the same place so it is a thought free exercise getting from page to page.

I would also like to see some contrasting color perhaps with the header so that it lifts out a bit. The page could even be white to achieve this.

This site needs work!

Cheers

Bodhi

Horizontal scrolling is a no no. Take it out. Design your page that fits with page width not more than 780. Horizontal scrolling irritates the viewer.
If possible remove the counter also.
Logo is great.

Default Thanks

Thanks Veteran & Mayur for the suggestions. We have just started getting into this website. We do about 90% of our business with our salespeople. We sell and install in Brooklyn, NYC, Queens and Long Island but wanted to expand into the Internet.

We get about one to two sales per day on our webpage but would like to tap into the Internet to increase our sales.

We have made a few changes. Please let us know if it helped or not.

Again, thank you for the help.
Francine
