Nothing really wrong with the site. It seemed to drag on load for me and was really slow clicking from page to page, but that could be just my machine. If that is not the case (can anyone else report how the speed was?), and it is slow for everyone, that is your first problem. Fast load time is crucial.
The main logo at top, the beach scene, is fuzzy. Not the greatest quality. If you don't have a better version of it, I would eliminate it.
Navigation is a little confusing due to all the different link colors. For example, on:
http://www.natural-alternative-solut...077/page/45031
there is blue, reddish, and what looks like a dark blue. Ditto on the home page. It gets tough to tell what is what. Pick a color scheme and stick to it. Always have the same color for the links, same for vlinks.
Under "Go to products page" on your home page, the natural progesterone cream link goes to
http://www.natural-alternative-solut...77/page/145548 which gives "The specified page does not exist." Fix that quick.
Other than those issues, the site is fine. The load time is the only thing that would really impede sales if the marketing is good. Best bet is you need to get the site out there. How does it to do in the search engines? Are you getting traffic but no sales? No traffic?
