It took some clicking before I realized what your site was about. I didn't see the blue heading marked "Classified Ad Categories".

I was told in two different places on each page that I was not logged in. Transfer that same type of redundancy to letting visitors know what your site is about.

"Browse Ad Watches" was constantly highlighted in the left nav menu. It left me feeling that that was always the page I was on.

Remove the link to your admin login page.

Reconsider your logo, I'm certainly not a graphic expert, but I do know that what you have is not working. Submit it to the logo review forum for help from people with more expertise than me.

Also, make your logo a hyperlink to your home page, most visitors will expect this.

I don't like how the menu rearranges itself when you are in different sections (membership/classifieds), it's confusing.

You need more info in your "Help Section" especially the "Buyers Guide".

Take my suggestions for what they are worth, you have a good site, keep up the good work.
