Default Input

You can upgrade your Tripod account to a banner-free domain account fairly cheaply.
I got two popups on your home page, which isn't good.
The cursor trail is another thing that annoys lots of people.
Your colors are too bright, there isn't enough contrast.
Links should be standard colors. I haven't activated any of your links, but they're all red. The regular links should be blue, but they don't have to be bright blue, just A blue. Visited links should be a purple, active links should be a red.
Your left menu is hard to read. There should be a division between the links, either a small graphic or a character. Blind visitors can't differentiate between the links because their reading software doesn't know where to stop with just space in the middle. There is also a lot of information in there.
Try indentifying the main purposes of your visitors and making a top menu that makes it easy for them to do what they want. Like About, Contact, Learn... Or divide it into the basic categories of the information on your site. The point is to make it easy for visitors to find what they are looking for, and reduce the number of clicks it takes to get to their goal.
There is too much activity on the page, an animation that enriches your site is fine, but the pointless animation is distracting, like the animated rainbow line.
What is the point of your site? Is it a religious information site, a site for a temple... You need a couple of descriptive sentences at the top of you home page telling people what you have to offer. That way people can skim and get an idea of what they can find, instead of giving up when they see that giant list of links they have to wade through. Condense your Introduction page into a couple of sentences and include a link to your introduction page.
There doesn't seem to be a theme to your colors. Develop a color scheme and make all of your graphics match.
All of your pages need to be the same, there should be the same color scheme, the same navigation, etc. You don't want a visitor to think they left your site.
Don't underline anything that isn't a link. People will try to click on it and will think it is "broken".
Your fonts should be smaller. Look at popular sites like Amazon, eBay, or even this forum. Those are the font sizes that are "safe." Larger fonts take up too much space in a small display.
You have pages in your menu that have no content. Take those out of the menu until they're done. Like the Death is Certain page.
Is the Subanu Festivals Chart supposed to be in English? I see funny characters that mean nothing to me.
There are broken images in the center content of the home page.
You have some great content. If you don't have time to learn all the nuances of site design, I would recommend you invest in a designer. This could be a spectacular site if it got a face lift. You can tell how much time has gone into it already.

The site itself, I thought was good. I just didn't like the popups.

Default Great

Taking out the banner ad makes it look so much more professional, it's a great improvement.
