Hello everyone

can i please ask fr your thoughts on my site, still under development. We would like to start generating an income from the site. We launched in January, have a lot of members, since we have no joining fee. Should we add more banners ? or google ad words ?

any help would be appreciated. we are Pallet dealers used to working on fork lift trucks, and not the internet !

Well designed site.
Use of animation is eye catching but does not disrupt the user.
