Billy,
Just a couple of quick comments from a copywriting standpoint.
The lower-left text block on the main page should at the very least be broken up with some paragraph breaks. That solid text block (along with a couple of sentence fragments and unfortunate punctuation problems) is hard to casually read. Casual readability is very, very important in website copy.
Usually hitting the personal pronouns hard on a commercial site is a bad idea, but I'm undecided about your "About Billy" page. I generally like what you're doing with it, though you may be still giving a bit much personal detail. I'd eliminate anything that doesn't directly appeal to a mainlander who's considering moving to Hawaii (I assume that's your market - if your clients are more local, you should reconsider the "I loved moving to Hawaii" angle.)
As far as
SEO is concerned, I've got three suggestions for you. One, you're using relative links right now; change them to absolute links. Sometimes that helps the bots.. it may also be worth the effort to move the links towards the top of the page.
Two, if you haven't done it already, submit each page separately and manually to the Google crawler.
Three, and most importantly, add some more content. I love your visual design and think you've made a pretty solid web move here; it made me want to read more about the beauty and uniqueness of Maui, but there's very little of that kind of information there.
Since your About page seems written to appeal to a mainlander, and it's obvious that you love Hawaii, take it the next step - don't just sell real estate, sell Hawaii. It'll distinguish you from other realtor sites, more solidly hook prospects, and the engines will like you more.
