I would move the pictures of Bryon, Suzie and kids to an "About Us" page, and I'd move some of the beginning paragraph content to this page also.

I expected to see images of puppies on the homepage. I think most visitors would expect to see puppies on the main page of the site.

The puppies are adorable! Why does the Shih Tzu's image have an cursor arrow on it? I'd move the navigation links for "Home" "Available Puppies" and "Mommy's and Daddy's" to below the description of the breed.

You've got an enormous horizontal scroll at 800 resolution and it really breaks your navigation. The white text overlays the lighter content background making it very hard to read.

A few tweaks and you'll have a good site :)

I have to agree with MsDetta an About Us page is a good idea. If I were you I'd move the shipping and payment information to other pages as well. These should both be pages of their own.

I really like the marble background behind the border but you links are flowing off it. Making it impossible to read. I would make it smaller if I were you. My display is set to 1600x1200 and I can make out the text plain as day so reducing the text size should not be a problem.

I would also move up your puppy choices to the top. If someone is in there to look, make it so that they can do so quickly!
