We have a news site which is aimed at Asians out side their native country.

Presently it is primarliy a news site and developing all the time

First Impressions:

1. Less ads: I don't think having this many adverts, advertising just about everything, will increase your click-thru rate, since people are more likely just to see all that flashing text and instantly turn their minds of to it (out of habit, or anger).

2. Resize you thumbnails: You have the thumbails at the right size, but you are not actually resizing the images themselves, rather you are using HTML to re-specify the dimensions, this is a bad idea, because the images look jaggy, and take much longer to download.

3. Lose the frame: You have the whole site sit in a frame, do you have a reason for doing this? If not, I suggest you change it since it makes navigating around your site a little more confusing, since it hard to the URL of the current page which does confuse some people.

Otherwise, excellent layout and design.

Also, I realise the links in the title, but posting a easily clickable link would probably get you more reviews.
