How does the logo communicate the message of your organizaton? I have no idea what you do and the logo in no way helps or gives me a feeling about you. Also keep in mind other mediums where you may need the logo to appear such as busniess cards, letterhead, etc...

I like the simplicity and boldness of it.

But, at first glance it looks almost exactly like the rating symbol that is used on video game packaging.

I'm not sure that is a good thing?

Just my 2 cents.

if you can tell us in what business you are then it would be easy to review your logo.
My first impression about your site is that you are in a email marketing business.

Default Flame Design

You may want to consider placing your logo in the top left or center. People are accustomed to looking there for logos. My apologies if this is not the case in India.

I agree with Dick's comments. The logo looks like a rating symbol, or a bad grade. Sorry, this was the first thing to come to mind. I think a graphic would do wonders for you. The current logo is not unique enough to be memorable. Try designing in one color, then add your other colours when you feel it looks complete.

Good luck!
