I'm in the process of designing a more professional layout with better colors. I'm looking for anyone with some artistic advice for redesining a new logo. The new design template can be found here:

I havent decided on a header color yet and what the logo will look like. I was thinking maybe that top table cell being black or some sort of darker color? But i want my new logo to be clear and professional looking as well so maybe black is a bad idea.

Anyone got any ideas? I appreciate your help!
