Default TemplateBros.com Logo

Hi! I'm new to this site and look forward to learning a lot from you guys. Me and my brother are starting an online business and would like a quick review of our logo.

www.templatebros.com

Thanks in advance,

Daniel

Hi Dany,

Quick review? If only it were so easy… I am not a professional logo designer but here is what I think. The image is sharp and clear however it seems to be missing something.

To me, it doesn’t have an element of remembrance. Even though the word template is stencilized it just doesn’t have the unique imagery to be catchy and memorable.

Maybe the working relationship of two brothers can be symbolized with simple imagery more effectively than a template can be.

How can the working relationship of two brothers be symbolized with simple imagery? The first thing that comes to my mind is stick figures showing some kind of action in association to the stenciled template. I think It might be fun to see what the figures could do.

Maybe there is something better but the stick figures came to my mind first as something simple to create as well as simple to remember plus they can show action.

I think simple imagery is a key factor when creating a logo but it also should have a unique memorable effect.

Maybe the incorporation of a tool would be as effective, but in my opinion, there definitely is something that needs to be added.

Well, for whatever it’s worth that is what I think.

I don't think the logo is missing anything. It looks good the way it is, but the problem is that it blends into the page too much. Make it pop a little more, maybe just change the color around the word template or add a glow effect to make it stand out from the background of the page a little bit. It is already a professional looking logo so I don't think it needs any major changes.

When I think of a template, I think of something that I get to modify. I wonder if there is a way to communicate that with your logo. The font currently looks a lot like a local printer. I can't remember which.

I think it blends into the background a little too well.
The design is clean, though.

I'd definitely go with something that sticks out from the background more. Logos are about brand recognition, and a logo that blends in too well isn't doing its job.
