Default Growing Matters

I've been trying to think of a logo for our project for some time. Since redesigning our web site I quickly did a small logo which is located at the top left of every page.

I'm really not sure how to go about designing this as we've never really had something to identify with.

If you can't see this it can be found at
http://www.growingmatters.co.uk

Just to let you know who we are:
We are a Garden Project selling quality gardening materials to the general public. We are also a Horticultural Therapy Project providing voluntary work for people with mental health needs.

OK

What you have at the moment is more 'initials' than a 'logo'. Your lucky in one respect, the gardening industry has so many designs you can look at that will communicate your business. It can be soemthing as simple as a single leaf, tree or flower to something a little more eye catching.

What you are aiming for, is an image that as soon as I see it I can associate it with your business, not many businesses.

Hope this helps.

hi,

matauri is right, u have so many "icons" that could represent mutch better your business.

make a search in the net and see other logos, in this days nothing is created from nothing, we only have to catch the spirit, and transport them to your ideias.

best regards,

I would far rather see something like this for a logo.... I would be far more inclined to purchase from you if I could figure out what your logo is infering.... although you have explained it very well in your header.... it could have been done in one foul swoop... (or is that "fowl"... they swoop occasionally too..... )

I liked the fact that you are involved on the community level.... excellent!!!!

You can have this logo if you like it.... if you don't... FINE THEN!.... (kidding... LOL!!!)
:)))))

Cheers,

Chris

hi chartsky.

I've been trying to think what to use since first posting on here and have not had much inspiration.

I thought your idea for a logo was very good.
I would like to use it if that's OK.

Thanks
