What did the old one look like?
I like it very much. It very simple and effective.

I would however change the dot on the I from a square to a circle and remove the yellow circle, leaving the yellow line of course.

Correct me if im wrong but I got the idea that you wanted the I to potray a human being, if so I would make the dot on the I a circle telling the viewer right away that its a person then the yellow tie would solidify that in their mind.

I think the fact that the dot in the I is square draws away from the fact that you want the viewer to see a human. And that there will be too much thinking involved on the viewers part to come to the conclusin that it does represents a human. The yellow circle isn't really needed.

But thats just MHO and that assuming that my assumptions as to what you are trying to potray is correct. :)

I can't recognise a human figure but I don't think that's the idea anyway. I love the logo. I wouldn't change it at all.

If looked at on the color level, the "happy" human is being consumed by a large black monster..... not a very comforting image to the unconscious mind.... (mine... pfff!!)... :)

The human aspect is too foreign for the strength and darkness of the logo text elements.... the human mind requires that the second letter also be a capital (normal acronym) but instead the user must also figure out why a human (or is it??) is trying to hang out in your "I".... (round peg in the square hole to top it off...LOL!!! )

You must soften one element to balance with another or you have a lopsided logo where extra elements could easily be dropped without harming the already strong branding.

I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the acronym anyway as your company name is interesting enough without trying too hard making it "cool"...

Just MHO....

Cheers,

Chris

I like the logo.

Only suggestion as it is now -- I like the yellow hand drawn lines in the "i" sooo much that I think they need to be beefed up.

If you plan to use this logo any smaller that that your going to run into problems with type in the black box -- just something to consider addressing now before the problem happens. I usually make the marks as small as I think it might ever possibly be used and then see if any of the type is below 6 pt. If so then you need to adjust it somehow.

Just my 2 cents.
