The ONLY thing I can criticize is the up arrow. It's a little cliché, and it ditracts from the clever use of the suspender usage in the "H"

Have to agree with eightfifteen about the arrowed 'U.' Also, if you use a bit more whimsical font, the idea of the suspendered 'H' can be somewhat more accentuated, and can be made immediately more recognizable by adding dimensionality through highlights and shadows and more representational clips.

Love the "H", but I have to agree with everyone on the "U". not only does it detract from the clever H whiich works well as a stand-alone element, but it also makes me think more of a Viagra ad. Hee Hee. Sorry, but it's true.

I agree with most of the above.

Simplify! The "H" with the suspenders should be it. No more going on please. Make the "H" more interesting/exciting with the name very simple and you have it. This is very close to a Credibility Based Logo Design.
