Hi bwj1450,

I realize that you are looking for a review of your image at the top left of your website, but to be honest, this title/photo compostion does not hold the value of a well designed logo. The long horizontal shape and pefectly horizontal text give the impression of an banner advertisement. Solidify your text and play with the kerning, typeface, and layout to pull everything tighter together. Eliminate the watch photo. You will very rarely find a photograph as a logo's visual. Why? They are far too complex. In short, the more details, the less impact and memorabilty. Try to develop a unique graphic with minimal lines and solid shapes that can integrate well with your domain name. The visual should play on your strengths - what sets your watches/services/pricing/image apart from your competitors?

Take Care,
Grease

And to give you a good Idea of what a good logo might look like. Take a look at grease's logo. Its very clean, simple and effective.

I noticed that on your site in the news section that there is a picture of a man reading a news paper. You can learn a lot from the way news papers are layed out. Important things are placed above the fold, to that it visible right away.

I use a 10x7 screen res and still had to scroll to see your watches on sale. Bring them closer to the top of your page. Where your visitors can see them right away. And a short desc of each woun't hurt either.

I never liked bright red on website, but that's a matter of personal taste, so I'll leave it at that.

Finally you don't need the:
"Welcome to Time Forever" then...
"Welcome to our website" right under it.

I admit that this was one of my BIGGEST problems. I always wasted space with useless text. You can probally say everything you said in that paragraph with on line of well written text, done nicely in photoshop of course. The use all that saved space to put importand things like your kick-ass watches.

And yes I know its logo review but I could not help myself. Sorry.
