I like the first one.

Here is my idea for you, you could do exactly like the first one, except make it the shape of a foot and instead of the drips, multi colored painted toe nails. Keeping the smiley face and lettering as it is. Its still associate to the funny theme, because people speak of funny feet. So a funny feet picture logo could be ok and it already looks a bit like a foot.

Just my two cents...I like the first.

the fisrt one is much better...i would stick to its design!!!

I cannot see the first one. It is the dreaded red X to me but if the new logo is the one on the site now, I prefer it. It looks more "professional" and yet still implies "fun".

But both look pretty ok to me....

I like the old one, because the color stands out.

The shape of the new one might work as well, although the edges of the letters would need to be like smooth vector lines. I'm not sure I like the white area between the yellow and the outline. The other logo on your page has uneven letters and a color that stands out -- which I think are both good qualities for the type of site.
