You want people to remember "Sai People Solutions" not an insignificant word like "Inc".

If "Inc." isn't part of your corporate brand, I'd recommend that you drop it from the logo, then span the text all the way across from left to right so that it's more easily read and so that it appears more balanced.

You might also want to move the text down just a tick so that the letter "i" is not touching the red arc.

The kerning on each letter could be tweaked. As it is, it looks like each letter in each word is spaced differently in order that they align at the left and right of each line of text. I agree that the text should align at either end but it'd look a little nicer if the "Sa" and "ai" were spaced the same. "People" looks a little crowded while the letters in "Solutions" have plenty of space.

People solutions tells me what you do, as do the circles and arcs in the graphic itself. Thats good!

It's clean, simple, it'll scale up or down quite well and look great in print and on the web.

Overall, I think it's great.

Once you're happy with it, make sure you register it as a trademark.

Good point about the trademark>
I like the graphic.
I would add something to logo to high light that you are a temp programming and testing firm. The logo is just to generic you could be any type of human resources entity.

i'd say go cleaner...less and heavier 'people', and get rid of the inc., or make it flow with the rest of the copy...sitting out there in a different size or stretched font does NOT work

Overall I like it. I do agree with most of what Dubbya said.

I'd like it to read "people solutions" - right now it reads "sai people" and "solutions". I'm not sure how it would work to put people and solutions on the same line. SAI might be too large that way. But you could try SAI with and extended font and then people solutions below in a narrow font.

Just an idea.

Drop the Inc. altogther. This is for legal documents, not a logo. It merely gets in the way and suggests you are trying to sound big.

As others here suggest, drop the Inc. Font size and kerning will need some work once the Inc has gone.

I like the graphic element.

Regards, David.
