Id say soften the drop shadow on the mouse a bit and I'd call it good. The shadow draws too much attention but hurts my eyes. Job well done!

The logo doesn't convey the "world" or "global" part to me. The crescents above and below the mouse which I assume are representing the world don't send that message to me.
