I'd recommend that you reuse the existing logo with a few modifications.
- Remove the diamond shape and background color from it
- Use only the "Primal Impact" text and the trophy rack to comprise the main components of the new logo.
- Shrink "Primal Impact" so that it fits beneath the antlers (or make the trophy rack bigger so that it stands out above the text).
- Remove "Outdoor Video Productions" from under the logo.
The jagged font style is fine as well. It's easy to read, will render equally well with a dark or light (white) background such as letterhead and it looks rugged and masculine.
Create a couple of versions. One in white, one in black and one in red with a black outline. This way, you'll have the perfect logo for any application you might encounter.
IMHO, the camo text version isn't nearly as appealing or interesting as the existing logo and you'd be miles ahead by simply updating what you've already got.
Basically, this is what I'm talking about.
HTML Code:
\__\___{__}___/__/
Primal< >Impact
(**)
For readability/printability sake, try to refrain from using primarily black or dark backgrounds on web pages.
