The one with flames (at the bottom) is nice, though the others reduce with fewer "busy" issues. The "A" of GeAr gets some interference from the X, if it's not a final, might consider enlarging the X slightly to handle that minor note - nice overall look!

hmmm... I agree... take a look at the old logo without anything in the "A" and tell me what you think... here is the reason why I changed it... I needed the logo to work on a white background and having the "A" filled in with all black or all white looked funny... and I did make the X bigger but it looks funny on the "E" this was my only solution.

For starters, a logo should consist of clear-cut lines which would make it legible at all sizes and can be reproduced on all kinds of media. In addition, both the helmet and the monitor screen are of dark blue shades. Due to this lack of contrast, the helmet is not very clear and tends to get lost in the design. If possible, change the color of the helmet or the screen to some lighter shade.

Uh, what is X Gear? Do you actually make anything, or do you just put your logo on pre-existing items?
