I like your logo, but maybe the hand with pencil can be simplified.
Also, I think green text color of your logo (as on your website) is better than the orange.

Also, I wanted to give you advice to play with the font, but now I think that current font of your logo is clear and easy to read. I think it is okay.

Your name with the logo give me the impression that you are a gallery for pencil drawings. I agree with Vitaly that the logo could be simplified, maybe modernized.
