All in all to me it does not look bad but you may have an issue with the use of other people's logos being used in your logo.

The Apple is from MAC and I have seen the person before but I can not remember who owns it.

Also the use of the Apple on your site may be an issue due to it is trademarked by MAC.

Yup, to make the logo more readable, I'd lose the apple and replace it with the "o" unless it's exclusively Mac software you're selling.

You'd be wise to check with the Apple trademark owner to see if they'd have an issue with it.

The person does look familiar (from a telephone company?). I hope for your sake it's original. If it's not, you could find yourself amidst a serious lawsuit and end up losing your shirt, pants, socks, car, house and anything else of value.

I like it but I agree with the others that you need to remove the Mac logo from your logo.
