It's a wee bit down market for Speyside - I'd use one of those development pics

Its Surrey not Speyside. Downmarket for Surrey too.

Its was made from a google 3d model of a couple of semi-detached house that really do exist in Surrey. One of them was my own house in fact, with an imaginary extension (that I never got round to building).

By the way, not sure where you got Speyside from - perhaps I've accidentally muddled my keywords from New Homes by Surrey and Home Counties property developer - Speyside Developments - I'll check later.

Would you be interested in swapping links with Speyside Developments? I'm going to change the links page soon.
1) Links excluding Estate Agents and other builders.
2) No links to general directories.
3) Reformat the links to look like adverts (maybe google ads for example).

Your sig says "homes by Speyside" It can be a bit misleading.

Not sure about the logo. It does the job but IMHO the font seems to let it down.

Why have the entire title in the yellow?

You need to stylize the home and select better colors for the text and background and you will have a good logo.
