Two Versions of New Logo - Which is Better?

Hi All-

We have developed two new versions of our logo and I was hoping you could tell us which you like better - we are a new travel site. Thanks for the help (any advice or criticism would be much appreciated).

I personally like the top one. However, on the bottom logo with the circle, it has color contrast. Here is my idea…take the top logo and make the road sign match orange color and see what it looks like.

Agreed, but I think you should use the green from the bottom one in the top one and include the sign as the green. I think that would be a winner. You could make the i in the sign the orange for even more contrast.

I like the top one much more than the bottom ... though I am not crazy about the red.

I don't need the 'i' sign to contrast ... I like it in blue - it clearly says 'information' to me ... whereas I had to look a the bottom one much longer to "get" the circle around the 'i' was another icon for information ...

Just to go against the grain I will have to say I prefer the bottom one over the top. The top logo looks like it is slightly skewed. I know this is just an illusion or could possible be to my head not being attached correctly.. who knows! I like the color of the word "cart" on the top loge and would use that with the other colors in the bottom logo.
