Default Newbie With a Logo, Please Review

Okay, new to the forums and wanted an honest opinion on this logo I just created for a coffee shop/convenience store/who knows what else down the road.
I tried to keep it simple and easily reproducible in black and white, and I made it as a vector graphic in Illustrator so it could be resized.
And yes, I got a license to use the font.

Opinions? Constructive criticism always welcome.

I like it, nice and simple and could easily be transferred onto different things. I could imagine it on the side of a coffee cup for example.

Default Looks good..but

perhaps the scroll text is a bit cramped? The logo looks a bit right hand heavy - its easy to criticise someone else's effort, but I think it would look really good once the balance is sorted!

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, guys. You know, I hadn't thought of coffee cups - I was still stuck on sugar packets. ;) And I have re-centered the text, it wasn't off by much but it made a difference once I fixed it.

Thanks again!

Default Okay, here it is again!

We just had it printed up on signs yesterday. I made a black and white version for applications where color wasn't an option.

Tiny movement of the text made all the difference I think.
