ariful, looking good! I noticed a problem with the site in Firefox which you can see in this image:

Fixing some of the HTML and CSS validator errors might also fix these small issues. Otherwise aside from my personal distaste of the orange (a well themed color just don't care for it personally) You seem to have a decent site with a lot of positive things going for it.

I have to say I don't like the orange either - but each to their own. I am seeing the same issues with layout (Firefox here too) - the logo looks very similar to the

that everyone used for a while - but looks fine in the context of the site - good all around
