ariful, looking good! I noticed a problem with the site in Firefox which you can see in this image:

Also the Adsense at the top of the page covers the logo. I run Firefox at 1280x1024 screen resolution. When I switch down to 1024x768 the ad moves out of the way and everything looks fine for that but the feed burner thing is still a little off.

Fixing some of the HTML and CSS validator errors might also fix these small issues. Otherwise aside from my personal distaste of the orange (a well themed color just don't care for it personally) You seem to have a decent site with a lot of positive things going for it.

that everyone used for a while - but looks fine in the context of the site - good all around
