Hmmm

Well I like it.

Looks rather eye catching.

Nothing wrong with the style but just a suggestion.

Have you thought of using the words 'The Modern Look' rather than 'A Modern Look' ? Just think it makes it stand out more, of course that's just my personal opinion.

A mix of fonts a logo does not make....
I wouldn't pay you for it - but if it works for you - then good enough!
