Your logo is busy and in my opinion would not be easy to remember. The left graphic element is weak - try to come up with a solid graphic that would reproduce well in many mediums. Another color would be nice for the web as well. Try to reduce your horizontal space by staggering your text, possibly witht the logo on top.

Remove the TM on either the left or right. One is plenty when displayed together.
