Ad banners for the different sites

Micro banners

Only posting 1 micro banner as they all look similar but personally i like the use of microbanners. I don't know what others think about using micro banners or the standard 468x60 format of banners.

Thanks for your input.

I like it. The symbol the CE forms seems a bit familiar when you mirror the C the way you do... but I can't put a finger on it. I'll post again if I figure out what's nagging me about it.

thanks that you like it and yes the mirrord C (CE) puts like a feeling of I have seen that before.

All it resembles to -in a distant way, yet close- is the euro symbol I think.

the background thought:

CE has to become a identity on it's own, more and more people start to use short terms for sites, eg LP for lunarpages, MS microsoft, etc... also easier to remember

the background wave, is like saying in a hidden way we ride the waves, we are innovative

as the wave goes up fast at start it could also tell the potential customer he will get to the top and stay at the top (ad sales)

Nice looking logo, very pleasing to look at and I like the wave. I was only a little confused because it seems so opposite of the company's product - the very violent games. One is aggressive and one is calming. But I'm not sure of all the different groups you are marketing to.

well building a network of sites is a slow process

the concept behind it and core of the network is selling ad space, + trying to combine market segments that don't know each other yet that they can be combined.

The online text based game scene, members pay aprox $3-$5/month as a subscription fee

The Paid To Read world, members see aprox $3-$5/month revenue for clicking tons of mails and banners.

you see....

both have for the net not such a big userbase, each aprox 2-3 million potential customers together.

Trying to combine them will create a 4-6 million potential customers group. I'm still relative in that and I would jump in the air if I even see 0.01% ad sales from that amount of potential customers/month.

It's a long term project and all hosting is paid upfront for 2years so enough time to get my invested time and hopefully some profit back.

And actually it all started as a playground, criminalexistence.com started as my personal playground for testing and creating phpBB modifications, was more a developing site for personal use. Due to requests I thought of building this network which is far from finished but already holds happy customers.

btw as reply to your first line, the calming/agressive contradiction

that's just the part that people remember, eg a website design fully black/grey with in the left or right corner a red link. as the contrast is so heavy lots of people will click that link as it wouldn't fit in that particular black/grey scale webdesign

New banner/logo designed for a online game we have in development.

The game will be an online crime based text game.

Situated in the 1930s

So I guess the banner/logo fits for what the game will stand for.
