Hello,
I think you may use the globe shape in your logo and you can use it as the dot for the letter "i" in the word income, this is a simple idea and if it is done right, I think it will give you good results.

Your logo is too confusing. Too much going on and not the right communciation anyway for your business. Your logo needs to be credibility based to be effective. Logos like people influence if they are credible. Right now your logo is working against you. My advice is not to associate with it.

Do your logo right like everything else in your business.

I'd recommend that a logo be only one of a complex of integrated site design elements that needs to concentrated on. I'm not sure that anyone takes seriously a site that's pretty much just straight HTML coding. To be credible and attractive to the potential member, you might consider spending a couple of grand on developing a site with a professional front-end driven by a highly efficient (module-rich) back-end. Ya gotta spend money to make money, huh?
