the quality of the image isnt right.. maybe you need to save in in a different format.. i have the same problem with my logo at www.womenxtra.co.uk

i think you could use more interesting fonts with the banner to make it stand out...

good luck

The two fonts give it a very "outdated" feel. Try something more trendy, and be sure to save your file as a GIF for clarity.

Default i'm not convinced

It took me a while to understand what jacquishoesoverdose meant.

I was stuck on jacuqi's hoes overdose.

I don't think that the rainbow gradient helps - I would use two or three solid colors for jaqui shoes overdose. Then, play with the overdose (something subtle that playfully make it stand out).

Finally, I think "Shoes you can use" is more effective and catchier than "They're shoes you can actually use", or perhaps change the slogan to reflect the overdose quirkiness ("this addiction can't be kicked")

One little typo in the bottom...
The Finale. Then gently squezze, rotate, and pull each toe...

squezze should be squeeze.

Good luck!
Andrew

Hello guys!

Sorry if I wasn't able to come back soon. I was so hooked with Affiiate Marketing lately.

Anyway, I have done several pages of my site lately but I think I need to study more of graphics design. My output wasn't that good :(

Wasted too much time already..my fault

The banner doesn't seem to fit well with rest of the site colors and design which I like very much. When I think ladies shoes, I thinks of logos along the lines of DSW.

Perhaps a larger more modern font (sans-serif perhaps) would do better... or alternately a handwriting/signature font in white, cream or gray using either the green or gray blue color you use on the site as a background (image saved as perceptual gif for accurate color matching/blending with the background...either that or a transparent gif.)

So do you think a green background is OK for a shoes web site?

I find it hard to re-create the banner since I'm not an artist myself.

It will be easier for me to change the site colors however.

What else do you think would make everything complement each other?
