arc text up is not centered
change background
change text down (hard to read)
log is great!

for your comments. I agree that it would probably look better on a white background.

It's pretty but how does it reduce? Will it always be that size on the web? What if you have it on a business card... will it then be difficult to read?...

see how the logo looks if the background color is light blue.
as replied by arpecop, arc text "ideas a lamode" is not centered.
rest of the design is very nice and very attractive

I guess I misunderstood the purpose of this forum and I may have misled everyone. This is a logo I paid a professional to create and I was interested in getting feedback on what folks thought about the colors, effectiveness, etc. But I do appreciate hearing from actual logo designers. I can change the background in Photoshop, but as Eagle Imagery pointed out, it DOES lose something when reduced.

I think it's very nice. But I don't know enough about your business to know if it's appropriate.

Who's your audience? What's the company about? It appears that you are targeting organizations and fundraisiers more than a corporate audience.

I get that you your ideas are "not plain vanilla", but just looking at your site...I could think you are selling ice cream.
