logo looks nice.
the letter L in the logo is a bit difficult to guess.
(there is a profile of a man in it)
you may make some minor modifications to it so that it may appear better

The "L" in the logo is in the shape of Idaho... Not sure what you mean by a mans profile... could you please explain?

Logo number 2 looks the best to me.

The beer tankard to the left instantly tells you it is about beer. The letters in blue add a bit of impact compared to black. Remembering that everything comes out black on a faxed logo mind you.

The lower line of the box is best left out as it makes the tag line easier to read.

So 2 is it for me.

As for the man in the logo you can make out a face looking left and down if you look hard enough. a bit like those psychological tests they give you!

As for the forum being dead it does seem to be a bit slow, my logos have only one comment so far.

I had no trouble seeing that the shape of Idaho was the "L" in the logo.

As far as the "profile" in the logo... I had to look at it for a moment to see what they were talking about.

Nice looking designs by the way.

Ok, I can see the mans face if I look hard as well. Not exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the replies... any suggestions on how to improve them or make them different / better?

I knew it was Idaho, but it doesn't read much like an L. Is there a way that you can "echo" an L in the state's shape? Like maybe a faded L that would make it more readable.

I like the last versions...with the tankards. I think because the actual text was larger and the tankards gave the better sense of what it was about.
