The layout of the second one is fine but it does need tidying/vectoring. :)

Default Reminds me of...

The second one kind of reminds me of a lolli-pop... not that it's a bad thing... but that's the first thing that comes to mind.

As stated above, it does need to be anti-alliased.

The circle needs smoothing as suggested.

The font in the seond one is much better, easier to read.

You could experiment with adding a tiny bit more colour into the image - just seems a bit dark, but that just my personal oppinion.

I have changed it up a bit and cleaned it up...how about now? I also modified the colors. Any thoughts?

Nice.

The Financial Consultants could probably do with anti-aliasing as it is quite skinny, but other than that, brilliant.

Well done.

a good rule of thumb is to squint at your logo text, it helps to get a guage on the contrast between the font and the back ground. In this case, each one is better than the last. Well done!

The third one looks much more professional; much more appropriate for a financial consultant.

Number one reads badly I read the left side then the right. Assets Growth Financial / Associates Consultants.

I don't like the break in the line on the second.

Number three looks good - very professional. I might make the Financial Consultants a little darker (easier to read). You might also try the circle in the same color as the Financial Consultants.

Default The third is the best

Although does anyone else think that the bars in the circle seem a little bit uncentered?

I like the idea of changing the color to the lighter blue. Experiment to see how that looks.

Great job!

Default Financial Consultants

I think Financial Consultants on your 3rd logo needs to be little more exposed, but your 3rd. logo is better the other two. I liked your 2nd. logo too but if you fix the round part, then I think it will be lot better. Good luck.

I like the last one you made a lot. I would move Financial Consultants all the way to the right, though.

One additional thought is to include the green in one other location of the logo to tie it in better - perhaps the circle?
